I like that it is very easy to use for our small office of about 5-10 employees! It has all we need in one place which makes things easier than having multiple programs open at once when trying figure out what needs done next or where something went wrong previously etc..
The customer service can be better but they are always willing help you get your questions answered quickly if needed (and sometimes even before!). If someone doesn't know how an item works there's usually enough documentation online so figuring this stuff ourselves isn’t too much work as long its not super complicated equipment/procedure wise - just make sure everyone knows their job well beforehand otherwise communication could become difficult again after some time without training new people into jobs already understood by others who have been using them longer).
