Beautiful design. It works, and the bar itself is about the same diameter as a standard luggage lock. But its construction is subpar at best. If you're looking for a nice little lock that's for indoor use only and requires minimal effort (you should be able to pick it without tools) then this is good value for the money. Maybe a lock for the girl's diary? Or a boy for that matter. Three locks and keys in a heart shape. However, if the lock is subject to wear and tear, slight constant vibration, or mild to moderate weather, such locks are unlikely to last long. We've had ours for a few months now and two out of three are defective. They fell apart completely. Decent if you don't really need a strong lock that will stand up to the weather but is more decorative than functional.
