Review on πŸ”‹ Powerful Duracell Rechargeable AA Batteries - 4 Count (May Have Varying Packaging) by Glen Sprout

Revainrating 5 out of 5

You have a charge!

What I like about these rechargeable batteries is that they hold their charge (before use) for a long time when you recharge them. Having learned this, I only buy batteries that come "pre-charged". Previous Duracell batteries had to be charged before first use and then used immediately after charging. If you wait after a few days, the charge will slowly dissipate (wasting energy), making it difficult to use rechargeable batteries in most household applications. (Suddenly you need batteries, but now you have to wait hours while recharging a pair!). But now that they have solved this problem I will use a lot more batteries. One of the limitations of all rechargeable batteries is that each cell can only produce about 1.25 volts, while conventional batteries can produce 1.5V. Some high power electronic devices will not work with them, but these are exceptions. They work great on most devices. On the other hand, many low-power devices such as remote controls and clocks work perfectly even with weak batteries! Just pay close attention to the packaging - a seller sent me an older version of the same batteries (using this ad) so I sent them back - different product and not the same price. Make sure you receive the product exactly as pictured. Will buy again if the price drops. Hope that helps.
