This is a great product. Easy to learn and use. Very flexible.
Its hard to describe how amazing this software is. It was easy to get started with and has provided us with so many ways to manage data across our organisation. Our new CEO found us a fantastic solution to meet our complex needs. All the team are excellent to work with. The service and technical support we have received has been second to none. We couldn’t recommend them enough! I would like to add my own personal recommendation for anyone looking at any type of ERP package – it may sound silly as you probably already know all your systems etc. BUT if I were to use a piece of software again I will definitely look into SmartLogic over anything else available today!! They just do things differently from everyone else and they offer such an amazing range of features too! Their customer services department (in particular) could not be more helpful or professional - which really makes a difference when dealing with someone who works ‘behind-the-scenes’ as opposed to those who deal directly with users/customers every day.
