Let me start by saying that I don't like protein powder at all. I prefer natural, whole foods. But actually it is a protein powder that is not only tasty but also practical! I received the product as a product tester and honestly I was prepared to be disappointed. To my surprise, I use it and will probably buy it again if I ever need a protein powder or if a friend asks me for a recommendation. I am vegan and a connoisseur of taste. The flavor profile is slightly sweet (like natural licorice root tea) and has a slight cocoa aroma. I mix it with almond milk and beat for about 20 seconds. Then I drink it. Nutrition facts aside, this is one of my favorite easy-to-make-at-home drinks. The only problem is that the plastic strip on the packaging does not close. I use a clothespin to seal it. It might stay fresh longer if I transfer it to an airtight container. The amount I received in the package seems about what you would expect for the price and type of product. I really wish it was a little cheaper, but I also think it's a very well made product. Just so tasty and clean, light feeling!
