Delivered on time, works well for the price. Although it touts a caller ID feature, you can't read well until you're holding the phone to your face, and even then it's difficult to make out the writing unless you have direct light on the display. The fonts are too small to see. The display of my device often remains blank due to the incorrect design of the battery compartment. I have to open the battery compartment, reinsert the batteries and the display works again. But it happens so often that we don't care anymore and use other non-RCA phones to determine who is ringing.
