Review on 🚀 Enhance Engine Performance with FRAM FV299 Positive Crankcase Ventilation PCV Valve by Nelson Calafell

I love it. It's a simple, cheap piece of metal combined with a mechanism. However, when I removed my old PCV valve from my 2003 Grand Prix, surprisingly I heard the cap didn't come loose, but got stuck. There was some sort of rubber gasket on the PCV valve cover that was absolutely wasted. I didn't even notice it until I started the car after the change and it was very rough at idle. I took the cap off again and scraped off the worn gasket on both the cap and inlet side with a small razor then taped it back on. Return to normal operation, maybe a small difference from the previous one, but nothing remarkable. I don't really know if I need one of these gaskets, I asked a few local auto parts stores and none of them had any idea what it was, so I guess I can live without them.
