Defective valve ruins automotive emission control

My analysis of this product showed that it does not work as it should. The valve is supposed to regulate emissions, but it actually causes more pollution due to its defectiveness. The only pro is that it is an easy replacement, but that doesn't matter when you're not getting any benefit. The negative impact on the environment makes this product a total waste of money.

Pros
  • Reduces harmful emissions
Cons
  • Requires professional installation

Fits Chevy Impala 2004

Hidden PCV valve. I watched a video on YouTube where the mechanic showed where it was and how to remove it. When you remove it, don't forget to remove the o-ring from the old one and put it on the new one. 5 minutes work.

Pros
  • Very good value for money
Cons
  • Low repairability

It's cheap, it works.

I love it. It's a simple, cheap piece of metal combined with a mechanism. However, when I removed my old PCV valve from my 2003 Grand Prix, surprisingly I heard the cap didn't come loose, but got stuck. There was some sort of rubber gasket on the PCV valve cover that was absolutely wasted. I didn't even notice it until I started the car after the change and it was very rough at idle. I took the cap off again and scraped off the worn gasket on both the cap and inlet side with a small razor then…

Pros
  • Great for outdoor activities
