These little dash irons are an absolute MUST if you're on the ketogenic diet! With them, Chaffle will quickly become part of your everyday life. They're the perfect size for a sandwich! This morning I boiled eggs in a pan, cooked sausages on the grill and pancakes in a waffle iron. I could use all three and make the perfect breakfast sandwich! A few notes: 1. They get hot so be careful where you use them. The waffle iron places very high demands on the amount of liquid used. It will overflow quickly, so place a plate underneath. Lesson learned the hard way! 3. Don't expect them to be perfectly clean. The non-stick coating works great, but they can't be submerged in water, leaving little food in cracks and crevices. Consumption prevails for me! 4. The easiest way to lubricate them is to spray some vegetable oil on the underside and then spread it over the top and bottom plates with a silicone brush. Later you will thank me for this advice! This makes chaff easy and with endless possibilities! Have a drink before everyone gets it!
