As described but very difficult to take apart
I used this to repair a broken connector in my 3D printer and it worked fine. The plug and socket are very, very tight when mated, which is great for watertight seals, but less so if you want an easy release mechanism. The plug is quite difficult to take apart once fully inserted to the point where I felt I might damage the wires leading to them. Overall it works well and can be used for multiple projects.
