If you live in a state that requires a faceplate, this is absolutely perfect. I have a JK Wrangler with a secondary ("off-road") bumper that doesn't have room for a license plate. I used to tape my license plate to the windshield, but an overzealous ticket clerk gave me a ticket for not putting my front license plate correctly. I've been wearing it for a month or so and haven't had any issues with it. I used a little Loc-Tite on all the bolts and would definitely recommend anyone installing it to do the same so road vibrations don't loosen the nuts.
