Although many people use this product on various types of plastics and rubber both inside and outside the car, I find that it doesn't last as long. With this in mind, I limit the use of Armor All Protectant to 2-3 sprays per wheel well after brushing the wheel wells. This gives the wheel a darkened look and since the wheel wells get dirty relatively quickly, I'm not concerned about the durability of the Armor All itself. Used in this way, Armor All provides a nice finishing touch after a car wash. In fact, you can use all of them on both indoor and outdoor plastic, rubber, and vinyl. The compromise you have to decide for yourself becomes a compromise between durability and cost-effectiveness.
