This purchase was made to replace a defective Mercedes Sprinter factory jack. This one also arrived broken, but I wanted to acknowledge Allen's exemplary service at Baoshishan. He responded immediately, stating that I didn't need to return the defective product, he would have the factory in China do a quality check and send it direct. He used DHL's overnight service and was at my door right after clearing customs in the US. Now it's customer service. Thanks to all! I have not yet used the jack under load other than to ensure it is raised to full height and retracted properly. It is solidly made and an 8000lb capacity jack with a full 24 inch extension just like the Mercedes jack.
