The search features are very useful, because you can use it to find any information in seconds without having problems with data consistency or indexing issues that might arise when using other systems like SharePoint 2013/2016! I had no major problem while implementing this product into my organization so far but we're still looking forward what's next from their team as they already have some great releases under our belt which is making us even more excited about future versions of those products!! We were able solve most common user queries regarding searching documents quickly within few clicks only by utilizing its web interface (which was much easier than installing software). It also has excellent support through Knowledge base article section where users who need help solving questions could easily get answers along real time chat sessions available 24X7 via phone call center service provided directly inside knowledgebase articles itself. This made things really easy and smooth during implementation phase rather.
