I am revising my rating to 5 stars based on the response I received from the seller for instructions on how to properly install this diffuser. As you can see from the photos, there is a hole inside at the base of the glass spool to allow the bubbles to come out initially. The correct setting is that the Nit must be completely filled with water before connecting to the CO2. I used a syringe attached to the inlet tube to suck in aquarium water until it was full. In the third image above you can see that the bubbles are now flowing through the coils as intended. I only have 9psi and the carbon meter is set to 1. I really like that it requires a lot less gas pressure than previous diffusers. which required 15 - 20 psi.
