I am totally disappointed with this device and especially with the company that sold it to me. It used to be mine and I was trying to connect it to our xfinity service. Before selling this device, however, it had to be separated from the previous owner. This was not done and now I have devices that I cannot connect to my service. I will request a refund. Meanwhile, I've been on the phone with Comcast for several hours over the past week, and now I have to wait for new devices and spend a few more hours connecting them to my service. Save yourself the hassle and buy from someone else and although it costs a little more money you may end up buying a NEW one.
