I use a stainless steel electric skillet at 275F with a little peanut butter. Insert the rings and pour in a well-beaten egg. After 3-4 minutes, remove the rings and turn, cook so the egg doesn't brown. My first attempts weren't that great but once I learned it I love the ring now.
