I like that it has helped us understand our customer base much easier than we had before using any other solution out there in terms of giving insights into what works best with who! It's also easy enough so non-technical people can use too which is great when you have staff members without technical skills or those working remotely etc - they're able get up an running very quickly as well!! Would love if some kinder filters could be added (i'm sure thats being worked) but its not something i've personally experienced yet though would hope soon? Easy access via tablets/mobile devices means greater reach across wider audience now compared to previous solutions used by myself previously where only desktop was accessible meaning less outreach potential due my old school approach lol.
