I love the Blue Tooth connection which means the cable plug no longer frays. I also like the touch screen and the layout of the interface icons. The problem I have is that you don't really know the limitations of a scanner until you use it. I need it for the IMMO function it says in the description. But after I bought a 2012 Volkswagen Jetta and hooked it up, it couldn't perform that function with that car. When I contacted Autel they told me that this feature is not available for European vehicles. So the description isn't wrong, but it doesn't tell you that it's limited to select vehicles only. However, it was the same with some other features. like programming a radio key. Some could, some couldn't. So overall it's a good scanner, but for a professional technician I need to find a scanner that can do more.
