I like the strength and thickness of the plastic used and the size of the divided compartments, which, yes, it would be my family's dishwasher, saves time and effort. It has enough compartments to load everything I need, making it easy and quick to unload when the cutlery is clean. We've been using it for three months now and in high temps, no cracking, no breaking even when pounded on by muscular college age sons. It is superior in size and design compared to the miniature and sloping base hanging from the main stand, the original that comes with our Maytag. It was about plastic recycling.
