So luckily my son was downstairs when it worked on its own late at night. He heard a hum, but then continued to hear the rushing water. It exploded on the countertop with our bread bin and ruined everything. Although our son caught it in the first few minutes, there was so much water in the drawer by the closet and behind the fridge that we had to spend over an hour cleaning it up. It was so late at night that I didn't even think to take a picture of the high tide. So now we have a pump next to the water with foil on the water bottle. STUNNING! And when my husband woke up this morning, the pump shut itself off again. I have heard NOTHING from the company about my broken accordion, the customer service is terrible. NOT RECOMMENDED BY MY FAMILY. OLD REVIEW - a sign of quality and prospects of this company. unreal! I had to use my camera's charging cable as it's not a traditional USB on either end. If it were, I'd just put up with it. I have no additions of this particular USB charger on one end and a smaller type of connection going to the actual device. I don't know the battery life yet but left one star due to poor charge. I would think you should test them before shipping the product. I have tried emailing Revain to send me a new load chord but the only way to write about this order is to either review the entire product or return it. I ask for a new replacement charging cable. Not sure who will send it to me but hopefully this post will help. Thanks very much!
