I also have a couple of 3rd reality switches (both 2nd and 3rd gen) so I quickly ordered one when I saw the sale of motion sensors at Revain saw . I first connected it via a 3rd reality hub that controls my switches, but the app has limited functionality for motion-based lighting control. Alexa, too, has been a hit or miss in terms of whether or not events will happen. I removed the sensor from the third reality hub and instead added it to the built-in hub in my 4th Gen Echo. Since then it has worked flawlessly! My only complaint is that I didn't order a few more while they were on sale. I still have a few places I want to use.
