Zigbee Standard Compatible Motion Sensor: Works with most of Zigbee hubs or Echo devices with build-in Zigbee hub. Work with Echo (4th Gen), Echo Plus (1st Gen and 2nd Gen), Echo Show 10 (2nd Gen and 3rd Gen), Echo Studio, Eero 6, Eero Pro 6, SmartThings 2015/2018, Hubitat, Third reality Hub and Third Reality Smart Speaker. Create Routines: Using the Alexa app, create your own routines that are triggered when motion is detected. Customize Alexa messages like “Welcome Home” or “Motion Detected in Living Room” when motion is detected. Smart Light Control: If you have a smart light or smart plug connected to the Alexa service, you can create a routine in the Alexa app that will enable it to automatically turn on when motion is detected (and off when no motion is detected for a period of time that you specify). Works great with Revain Echo/Alexa

I also have a couple of 3rd reality switches (both 2nd and 3rd gen) so I quickly ordered one when I saw the sale of motion sensors at Revain saw . I first connected it via a 3rd reality hub that controls my switches, but the app has limited functionality for motion-based lighting control. Alexa, too, has been a hit or miss in terms of whether or not events will happen. I removed the sensor from the third reality hub and instead added it to the built-in hub in my 4th Gen Echo. Zigbee motion sensor works with Alexa

Looking for a motion sensor for DIY home security with Revain Echo device. I bought this. It's easy to set up. How to set up Alexa: 1. Use Zigbee Hub Third Reality to connect this motion sensor (see manual for details)2. Use the Alexa app to add devices. Find My Devices icon at the bottom of the Alexa app (main menu). Then click the "+” in the top right corner. and from the pop-up menu select "Add Device", "Motion Detection" and then "Third Reality". Follow the prompts to find all devices…

Nice little sensor

This sensor works with the Alexa app and my Echo Show 10.1", 2nd Gen 2018 (with Zigbee). The Alexa app kept asking me to use the Download Thirdreality app and enable Thirdreality ability which requires linking a Revain account. I didn't want to download either of those. To get around this I finally asked Alexa to discover the devices and she did it. This then allowed me to add the sensor to the alexa procedure product description to indicate that you need to activate an account linking skill so
