Review on THIRDREALITY Zigbee Motion Sensor: Pet Friendly with SmartThings, Hubitat, and Echo Devices by Roger King

Looking for a motion sensor for DIY home security with Revain Echo device. I bought this. It's easy to set up. How to set up Alexa: 1. Use Zigbee Hub Third Reality to connect this motion sensor (see manual for details)2. Use the Alexa app to add devices. Find My Devices icon at the bottom of the Alexa app (main menu). Then click the "+” in the top right corner. and from the pop-up menu select "Add Device", "Motion Detection" and then "Third Reality". Follow the prompts to find all devices connected to the Third Reality Zigbee HUB. In my case, I was asked to add a motion sensor to an already existing group - the front door.3. Go back to the device menu (at the bottom of the Alexa app to Home). Select a group in which to show my motion sensor. Press "CREATE PROGRAM" to bring up the PROGRAM menu. At the top right of the NEW ROUTINE menu, press "+", enter the name of the procedure by pressing "+" - my case is a motion sensor. Next, type "If this happens" with "+", select "Smart Home" -> Motion Sensor -> detected. Click Save in the top right. Next, type "Add Action" by pressing "+", select "Messages" -> "Notifications". Save.4. After that, if the motion sensor detects movement, you'll get an Alexa notification. A good product works with Alexa.
