Review on Dolmen by Derek Davie

Dolmen is a very powerful tool. The platform is robust and easy to use. The reporting and dashboards are very useful. I don't dislike anything about Dolmen. The platform is very intuitive. I would love to see more options to customize the platform. I would recommend Dolmen to anyone looking for a customer analytics solution. We are using Dolmen to get detailed insights into our customers. We are using it to find out where we are losing customers and to find out how we can improve our customer experience. It is easy for our staff members who visit customer locations, it has all of my information in one place so they can easily access what I need them too when we are out there meeting with clients or doing home visits etc! Sometimes you have info missing but not often enough that its an issue. We really like this tool because it makes communication between us easier as well as making sure everyone knows about upcoming events/home sales at each location.
