I purchased this back in Feb 2021. Here we are in Sep. I truly hate reading the directions on anything. In this day & age I expect things to be self explanatory I guess. Probably why I left it alone for so long. Anyway a quick peruse of the quick start instructions and a couple YouTube videos and I'm hooked! Being a single person, I could truly have opted for a much smaller unit but on the off chance any family or friend were to ever grace my doorstep for a bite, this wouldn't be too small. Cleanup with a soft sponge & dish soap, a breeze. I don't dirty enough dishes to use my dishwasher. The gray is very attractive on my granite counter top. Lightweight enough to pickup and move out from under the cabinet when I want to use it. Definitely follow the rule of dropping set temp by 25 degrees from traditional oven temp.
