Your installation guide simplifies the process and tells you where to find what you need. "So where is the "Installation Guide"? Absolutely nothing comes with the cable except a card that sends ohptools com/enet who sells a paid remote encoding service. Useless to me because I only am interested in diagnostics I'm just trying to figure out what software I'm going to use and I have some ideas and I understand you don't supply that but don't quote anything from the product if it is NOT at all By the way my car is a BMW X1 sDrive28i 2013 and I'm starting to suspect your cable won't even work with my series, so why not include a list of eligible and/or non-applicable models in the description?
