Made in China to Irwin specifications. They seem to be just as good as my old Irwin Speedbor bit set and at a really great price. I prefer these "classic" paddles for use on my drill press. They fill in (more or less) the places where the Forstner bit size falls short as they go from 16 to one inch and then inexplicably jump to a 1-1/4 bit. No, they are not as good as Forstner bits in many situations and certainly better for very deep holes, but they are a good inexpensive solution for a Forstner bit set that jumps eighths. An excellent homeowner must have along with a portable electric drill for many woodworking and renovation jobs around the home.
