Running shoes are very important to me. I refuse to wear uncomfortable shoes. I swear by Asics - I stumbled across my first pair about 15 years ago and they have held up like a champ at work being on my feet all day in the hospital. I recently bought these and ASICS running shoes. My only criticism is that they are not intended for dirt trails or serious hiking as decals and dust/dirt can get into the shoe. ASICS is as light as air, comfortable on your feet and lets your feet breathe. Arch support is excellent and it's a good flexible shoe. There is nothing worse than hard running shoes. They are true to size, plenty of toe room and heel non-slip, another favorite issue of mine. for easy carrying, e.g. B. in the household or for errands. They're kinda cheap. For serious work or hiking/walking I prefer ASICS.
