The quality control is not very good.

We like the idea of this bench very much and we were able to assemble most of it. Giving 3 stars as I didn't have some screws and there were extras, there was supposed to be an insert in the tree that bolts the two pieces together but it was missing so there's no way to attach it and I only discovered this afterwards It was all assembled as if it was the last step. It's quite durable but will have to be returned as it's a bit unusable for the purpose it was bought for. upset :(
