Review on Aliglow Tenderizing Meat Hammer Tool for Kitchen - Mallet Pounder for Tenderizing Steak, Beef, and Poultry by Derrick Shah

It will last a lifetime

This meat tenderizer is lighter than my old one but in a different way. The handle is thinner and lighter thanks to the rubber grips, so all the weight is on the end of the handle. This means that when I swing, the end hits harder even though I use less energy. This is perfect because I have an autoimmune disease called Rheumatoid Arthritis which leaves me with very little strength and grip in my arms. I threw away my old tenderizer! With this I can do twice as much and half the effort. I would also like to point out that it is much easier to keep clean. My old one was the usual rectangular shape with sharp edges. This is completely rounded at the end, which makes cleaning much easier. This design is better than the old ones in every way, yet is durable enough to let you know it will last a lifetime!
