I ordered this funnel, but the order didn't include a flexible funnel element, so I couldn't use it. I called Revain support and they sent me a second funnel. Part of the flex funnel was also missing here. Obviously there is a problem with the distribution center not knowing how to deliver this product and it comes in two parts. Perhaps the manufacturer should pack the two parts in one package to make the delivery reliable. So I'm stuck with no funnel and spend time packing and then driving to UPS to make a return. The only reason I didn't give it a star is because Revain paid for the return shipping. I wish this review was based on how well the funnel works, but unfortunately I didn't get that far.
