My best friend has one of these massage guns and I love them. Both she and I can feel the years in our feet, legs and lower back, especially at the end of the day. My shoulders are also a little tight. It's an absolutely incredible feeling. This weapon is dense and quite heavy. Charging with a USB cable is super easy, meaning that once it's charged and you want to use it, it's essentially wireless. You can use 4 different nozzles. I prefer the larger spherical attachment and the one that looks like a simple button. I understand that a two prong (for lack of a better term) attachment to the spine should be used, with prongs on either side of the spine, but to be honest this scares me a bit. Be careful with it as it has POWER. I could see where if you get too addicted to this thing you can actually make your pain worse. But I sincerely think you got that right away. I was amazed by this thing. It's really very therapeutic - a great way to take care of yourself and make your life easier. DO THAT. Buy this product!
