The platform is user friendly, easy to navigate - no learning curve! It's very intuitive for providers as well with minimal training required.
I wish there was more social media integration into our system so we could share news/updates from outside of core solutions without having to leave their website or app first (and then go back). We are able to quickly pull up patient information in order to help us care better about them when they come visit vs only being given access after hours by phone call center reps that have limited knowledge.
