I really commend the return and exchange policy put in place by this platform, it gives a 30days time frame after receiving the item for returns to take place. The store also put in place a reasonable condition for its refunds.
But on the customer service aspect, I wouldn't say this company is doing enough, I can only find provision for text message and email on the platform. In my opinion these two methods are not effective enough. This should be looked into, at least there should be telephone contact and if possible live chat.
