I was so excited to get this electric pot and grill. However, the electric stove broke when opening. Although it is well packed in the box. So I contacted Revain customer service and yes I got a new one instead. The next day we tried to make a hot pot but the heating is weak and slow. It took forever to cook the soup. As soon as it boils, we put some vegetables in it and continue cooking forever. So I took the pot and put it on the stove instead. That evening it turned out that we had cooked everything on the stove and then put it on the table. I'm disappointed. I think next time I want to make a stew again I'll use a hot soup instead to make it faster. In general, this is not very good. Compared to what I tried on my friend. This is a similar item and can be used as a pot and grill but this one worked great, not like this one.
