We have also improved communication between all parties involved with shipments through this platform which has helped reduce delays at pick up points as well as delivery times. It can be difficult when you are working from different sites but their customer service team always helps out where possible! I would say that we haven't found anything yet really - it's great for what its intended purpose (shipping) however if there were some more features added then maybe it could become even better? If your looking into an inventory management software package, definitely give them a call or send over screenshots of any issues they may not know about so far. As mentioned above we use it primarily for tracking shipment movement within various warehouses around Australia.
