This grater set is inexpensive, but definitely not suitable for continuous daily use. Stainless steel is extremely thin, but it will get the job done for my infrequent and occasional needs. They arrived nicely packaged in their own box but when I pulled them out one of the graters already had a dent on the edge due to the material being so fragile. Let's just say stainless steel is so soft I could reshape it with my bare fingers.
