Review on ๐ŸŽฃ Enhanced Classic Accessories Togiak Inflatable Fishing Float Tube With Convenient Backpack Straps by Mark Lodge

Revainrating 5 out of 5

DON'T LISTEN TO ALL THE BAD REVIEWS, THIS TUBE IS AWESOME. AND THE REAR SUPPORT WORKS.

So I thought about buying this tube because I needed something that would allow me to sit higher in the water than my submarine I've had for a long time (which served serves its purpose but has since been replaced by Togiak). First let me say this is a BIG PIPE! Tried it out at a local lake today and caught some bass and 11 inch crappie. I felt very well. I had to move against a very strong wind, and I was moving much faster than I expected. how comfortable I was all along. So this tube uses 2 pieces of foam under the seat that you lift higher up the tube. But they don't ONLY get you higher. They also FEEL better. I sat in a "sling" seat which is standard on most submarines. I can honestly say that the seat in this tube is MUCH more comfortable. And it also allows you to get higher in the water. Not much higher, but slightly higher. The upside is that because you're higher up, away from your pockets, your hands don't reach into your pockets like in a submarine. other people who talk about the seat having "no support". What the hell are you talking about? Of course, when I took it out of the box there was no support, but I had to SET IT UP. There are BELT. You simply adjust the straps to recline the seat to your liking and you will have no excuse to be uncomfortable. They "don't fall apart," as people say, that's utter nonsense. Obviously the people who wrote these seat reviews don't understand how to adjust a simple harness. It's a very comfortable seat and I've felt very comfortable fishing before (after adjusting it). Anyone who says the seat doesn't have a backrest is either lying, is too stupid to realize they need to adjust the straps, or weighs 400 pounds. I like the color of the tube, it's pretty easy for sailors to see. I'm not worried about that. A camouflage color scheme would be cool too, but I can go with gray and yellow. It looks like a giant hornet floating on the water. ha ha. Seriously, apart from the AMAZING seat, the only thing that drew me to this tube was all the pockets. It has so many pockets and there are even more MESH pockets on the outside of these pockets! They are useful for storing small items that you use frequently. The pockets are amazing. The only gripe I have with them is that you can't fit a full-size tackle tray inside, but it's not the end of the world because you can carry a tackle box or backpack behind you. space grid. Anything you put in it will get wet. However, I found out very quickly that I could put my life jacket (which is just a buoyancy pad) back behind the seat and then put my backpack on top (I use all my trays and other fishing gear in that). . essential). Placing the pack on the pillow helps lift the pack higher off the partially submerged mesh back and keeps the pack dry. But to be honest I never store anything in it that I don't want to get wet, so even if it does get wet it's not the end of the world. D rings on the sides are nice. Many different modifications can be made to them and they are almost standard on every hose so I'm happy to report that this hose has multiple D-rings. There is nothing special here. I'm happy to report that you get several with this tube. Another really cool feature is that you get BACKPACK STRAPS with a snorkel. This really comes in handy when you need to carry the handset over 20 feet. It's fun to wear though. Looks like you have a giant jetpack strapped to your back. If you walk along the roadside to the lake, you'll get interesting glimpses of people in cars. To put it mildly. But honestly, I don't let that bother me. In any case, if you fish in this thing, you will get funny looks. It seems very difficult. Obviously the mesh protects the bubbles to some extent. Even if you take them out, it's no big deal. Just use a small tube of Aquaseal, which you can buy at Gander's or Dick's sporting goods store for around $5. But the whole pipe seems pretty stiff. So far I'm very impressed with how solid it seems. The best thing about this handset is its portability. When I empty it or even half empty it fits easily in the trunk of even a small car. In fact, I was able to fit this deflated tube in my trunk, as well as another float tube I loaned a buddy for the day. In summary, this is a REALLY good pipe. I'm not saying there can't be anything better, but why would you use anything else? This is such a great tube, just make sure you adjust the seat straps to properly support your back. And to whoever said that the stabilizer "sharpened" the ends, of course they are pointed, but the stabilizer is just a PVC rod. You can go to ANY hardware store, buy new PVC pipe and use a hacksaw. Trim it and you have a new stick with "unsharpened" ends. Not to mention, if you leave some liquid in your airbags when they inflate, it shouldn't be a problem. This is a great tube, in my opinion this is a big step forward compared to submarines. I love this boat.

Pros
  • Hands-free operation
Cons
  • Broadly ok, but...
