Overall it seems to grind reasonably well (see before and after photos) but the motor stalls with relatively light pressure but still keeps running. Battery life seems decent, but the gauges aren't accurate. A variety of grinding wheels is good, but they really need a storage case. Read on for more details: When it arrived it had 4 battery sticks. After only about 2-3 minutes of use, the battery dropped to 2 bar and the motor seemed to choke with the slightest push. I paused and plugged it into the charger for 3 hours according to the manual. After a few hours, I noticed the battery lights stopped blinking and stayed solid, so I figured the battery was charged. I started using it again and within 1 minute the battery gauge went from 5 to 2. I decided to keep using it and it worked for about 15 minutes (at 2 bars) before I got tired of the treatment. The battery seems to be holding up well, but the charge indicator isn't very accurate. I took it out a few weeks after first use and it still showed two lines. I used it for about 5 minutes and it stayed at 2 bar and worked fine. Other Thoughts: It's hard to tell the difference between a regular rough roller and a heavy rough roller. They don't have distinguishing marks or labels, which is a shame. The unit itself comes with a nice cover to protect the installed reel, but car reels don't have a contact that keeps them outside of normal product packaging, which isn't ideal. It would be nice if the extra rolls had their own storage case. The drive gears between the roller and the motor are made of plastic. I suspect that over time they will wear out and fail.
