Review on J.A. Henckels International Forged Premio 8-Inch Chef Knife, Black by Chantell Marie

Bought this knife to replace a lost one (probably thrown away accidentally!). I have a collection of 5 of these knives, from chop to chop, and I love them all. I've been using them for almost 40 years. I regularly use the sharpener that comes with the knives and they sharpen perfectly. None of them have ever needed repair, the rivets are stuck, the handles still look like new. Although I don't run a restaurant or cook for a large family or group, we eat home-cooked food almost every day, so knives are used regularly and often by everyone in the house.
