It's easy to use and very friendly in terms of getting started. My biggest concern was that I couldn't get my new site up and running fast enough for our launch date! However, Omnis has made it easy to customize my store to look exactly how I want it. The customer support is also amazing. The only thing that I don't like about Omnis is that you cannot edit your products while adding them to your cart. You have to wait until after you've added all of your items to be able to edit them. This can be frustrating at times. If you are looking for a great ecommerce website builder with customization options, then this is it! The support is amazing and they are always willing to help out any time. We needed a way to build a custom online shopping experience from scratch and Omnis helped us achieve it. We were able to quickly put together a professional website without having to hire a developer.
