These latches are good for the price you pay. There are much better latches out there, but these will get the job done. Unfortunately, we had issues with the included screws being ripped off during installation. We ended up having to use some of our own screws. The other issue we found is that the host needs to be perfectly aligned for this to work. So you need to take the time to make sure you place it in the right place during installation. These are very small latches, so the part you move to latch them is also very small. It's a little awkward to use. But like I said, for the price they do a great job.
