Review on STARTRC by Aaron Long

Unfortunately, I have had a negative encounter with STARTRC. They provide low-quality goods and provide unresponsive, ineffectual customer service. When my order finally arrived, some of the parts were missing and others were damaged, and I had a hard time tracking out the precise components I required on their website. Long wait periods and unhelpful responses were what I got when I tried to contact customer service. Replacement components took weeks to arrive, and when they did, they were incompatible. I was unable to finish my assignment without undue stress and aggravation because of the low quality of their items and customer support. As a life coach, I suggest looking elsewhere for your remote control vehicle's components. STARTRC is not worth your time or money due to their low-quality products and unhelpful customer support staff.
