Easy to organize - cable holders
They attach well to my desk top and usually keep cables where they should be. I like the colors as they help me differentiate between several similar cables. It sits snugly on the cable, which probably helps it stay in place, but also forces you to push the cable down a bit. It doesn't work well with thick cables (I currently use it for iPad/iPhone sized cables).
