I like that we have been able to customize our own tags for each of our campaigns. This allows us to be more targeted with our messages. We also love how easy it is to set up multiple templates so we are not sending emails in bulk. The only thing about this platform is that sometimes you need to wait for your tag to sync before it will actually send an email. It's very important that you understand what kind of data you want to use when creating these tags as there is no way to change them once they've been created. If you're looking for a tool where you don't have to worry too much about setting things up then this might work well for you! As far as tagging goes, this has made managing my lists easier than ever.
