Excellent & professional services provided by Clikatel

The platform is amazing in terms of its user-friendly interface for even non technical users like me! It was very easy going from our first contact with them till today when I am using it actively every single day as well!! They have excellent support system who respond promptly whenever you need assistance or clarification about anything regarding this product which makes life much easier than before. Nothing at all so far but will surely give my feedback if any issues arise later down…

I didn't know what I was missing before i started using Salesforce for our CRM

I have no complaints about how much we got it right so far in terms of integration with Salesforce from our end users' perspective (not yet at client side). The platform is great overall for any size business using this technology- you always need some sorta support / implementation services anyway but not necessary if your IT department has experience setting up things such as API connections - or even better use them internally first! A few small hiccups here n there that are understandable…

Easy and user-friendly system - works great

I like that we have been able to customize our own tags for each of our campaigns. This allows us to be more targeted with our messages. We also love how easy it is to set up multiple templates so we are not sending emails in bulk. The only thing about this platform is that sometimes you need to wait for your tag to sync before it will actually send an email. It's very important that you understand what kind of data you want to use when creating these tags as there is no way to change them once
