I have no complaints about how much we got it right so far in terms of integration with Salesforce from our end users' perspective (not yet at client side). The platform is great overall for any size business using this technology- you always need some sorta support / implementation services anyway but not necessary if your IT department has experience setting up things such as API connections - or even better use them internally first! A few small hiccups here n there that are understandable when working live thoughout an entire week/month etc; sometimes these get fixed after 2 rounds while other times they take longer than expected before being addressed appropriately which could be bad since time wasted getting more feedback would count towards usage hours too :) It’s very easy for my team to use as we are not technical people! The support is great too - all questions answered quickly with detailed responses. They have helped us understand how our CRM works in order that we could make sure it meets our needs. We haven't encountered any problems so far. I would say give them a try or contact their support when you get stuck. Automated pipeline management that gives me control of outbound activities in one place.
