We use it to cut our challah every week - bread which is very soft and crumbles easily with less wonderful knives

My father bought it for us 6 years ago as a wedding gift. We use it to slice our challah each week - a bread that is very soft and crumbles easily with less than wonderful knives. We ended up giving a silver one which wasn't that good. Ideal for bagels and crusty bread. (And actually tomatoes). Highly recommended. Buying online now to buy as a gift for my father-in-law who lost his (lame) silver. I have to paint his pen. ;)
