I like that it's easy enough so you don't need any training or previous experience, but still has all the bells & whistles required by more advanced tools such as Tableau/PowerBI etc., plus loads of customisable features (including some really cool visualisations). It can be incredibly slow at times - sometimes taking up minutes just loading one page!
